Trustyle have over 20 years experience in the embroidery industry, through the design process and production. We have the latest generation embroidery machinery which was updated with all new machinery in January 2010.

No project is too small or too big for Trustyle. In 2007 we produced replica Country badges from the 1970 World Cup for PHILIPS in the Netherlands. 250,000 replica kits were then manufactured for part of the PHILIPS sponsorship campaign. Trustyle has been involved in the design and production of embroidered logos for Scottish and Newcastle, Snap-On, Lever Brothers, N-Power, Black and Decker, Diagio, and many more blue chip companies.

The embroidery process begins with origination of the design. This is a highly skilled job which involves a full understanding of the embroidery machine and the effect stitches have on fabric. Our design operatives are fully trained and have a combined experience of over 30 years. They understand embroidery. A full colour digital image is produced initially to confirm that our design meets the customers expectations. If a physical embroidery sample is required, this is mailed out for customer confirmation. More often a high resolution photograph is used for confirmation. We can then proceed to the production stage.
